The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) is a standards organization that develops technical and operational standards for the telecommunication industry. ATIS is headquartered in Washington, D.C.. The ATIS is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions has more than 250 member companies,[1] including various telecommunications service providers, equipment manufacturers, and vendors.[2] The ATIS encompasses numerous industry committees and fora, which discuss, evaluate, and author guidelines concerning such topics as data security, network reliability, technological interoperability, subscription services, and product labeling.[3]

ATIS is a member organization of a number of other standards organizations. In addition to being a founding member of the Global Standards Collaboration, ATIS is a member organization of the Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) and the ITU Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) of the International Telecommunication Union. It is also an Organizational Partner of the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
