Modern territories

• Balochistan (region), a large region covering southwest Pakistan, southwest Afghanistan and southeast Iran
  • Balochistan (Pakistan), (1970- ) a province of Pakistan
  • Balochistan (Afghanistan), Southern centre and southern west of Afghanistan
  • Sistan and Baluchestan Province, a province of Iran

Historic territories

• Baluchistan was divided into three main divisions during British rule:
  1. Baluchistan (Chief Commissioners Province), a former (1947-1955) province of British India
  2. Baluchistan Agency and Marri and Bugti Country was part of the Agency
  3. Baluchistan States Union, a short-lived (1952-1955) region of Pakistan.
