This file contains a logo for a Mozilla product (such as the Mozilla Firefox browser or the Mozilla Thunderbird email client) and is protected by copyright and/or trademark by the Mozilla Foundation and/or its subsidiary Mozilla Corporation. According to the Mozilla trademark policy, the logo is free to use as long as:

It is non-confusing and non-disparaging
It is not used commercially
It is not modified
It is not high resolution

Furthermore, the Mozilla Trademark Policy FAQ reads, "Can I put Firefox or Thunderbird banners on my website? Can I link to you?" Answer: "Thanks for your support :-) Of course you may. We have button programs for exactly this". Also, Mozilla's Firefox Buttons page reads "Put one or more of these buttons on your website to help us spread the word about Firefox. We appreciate it!"

Despite this, the restrictions on this logo make it non-free by Wikimedia's Definition of Free Cultural Works, and therefore it may only be displayed in the main namespace in accordance with Wikipedia:Non-free content.
