Frank Nuovo (born March 1961), an Italian-born American, has been a leading mobile phone designer, and a Vice President and Chief of Design at Nokia.
He started working with Nokia as a consultant in 1989 while working at DesignWorksUSA in Agoura. In 1995 he began working for Nokia full-time, setting up a dedicated design center for Nokia in Los Angeles, California. In June 2006, he yielded his responsibilities to Alastair Curtis.
He graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena in 1986.
