Playing an amount of 150 games with the Giallorossi scoring 103 goals, he was the scorer of the first Derby della Capitale, a 1-0 victory against S.S. Lazio in 1929.

During the season 1930-31 he became Serie A Topscorer with 29 goals in 33 games, helping Roma to finish as runners-up.

He left Roma in 1933 for personal problems with Enrique Guaita and Elvio Banchero and was signed up by Pisa.
