Sacramento, an Italian-, Spanish- and Portuguese-language word meaning sacrament, is a common toponym in parts of the world where those tongues were or are spoken.

Sacramento particularly references the Sacrament, which properly means the Eucharist as Catholic Christians in accordance with the Holy See interpret it; that is, the actual presence body, blood, flesh, and spirit of Jesus the Christ in the unleavened host upon and after licit consecration. The belief that the Sacrament is the One True God, Himself, the Father Almighty, Lord of All Creation, the Beginning and End of All That Is.
