Vincenţiu Babeş (January 21, 1821 - January 22, 1907) was a Romanian lawyer, teacher, journalist and politician from Banat, settled in Vienna, where he got married in 1851 with Sophia Goldschneider.
He was one of the founding members of the Romanian Academy. He was the father of Victor Babeş.
