Vincent Hornsby (born October 22, 1967) is the bassist for Heavy metal band Sevendust. He is the oldest member of the band and is known for his humorous facial expressions during live shows. Hornsby wears his bass down to his hip and will sometimes bend over to have it down to his knees.
While he doesn't take credit for the band's name, he is directly responsible for the band's name which came about when he found a can of pesticide called "Sevin Dust" while looking through his grandmother's garage.
