The First Meetup of Wikipedians in Queensland happened on the 10th February 2008. There is currently another meetup under discussion at this point in time but has not yet been confirmed.

[edit] How it Works

1. We decide on a date (most preferably on weekend).
2. We decide on a place.
3. We decide on time (lunch/dinner).
4. We book the tables one week before the date.
5. We meet on the decided date.
6. We dine together, socialise, chat and then..
7. We share the bill and go home. ;)
